Check-out after 12:00 pm subject to availability and half a day will be charged until 6:00 pm.
Children's policy:
01 child(ren), accommodated in existing beds in the same room as the parents, being:
00 to 10 years old – courtesy of up to 01 children.
Extra beds will not be provided.
IMPORTANT:
It is necessary to present the child's documents at check-in, according to law 12,883 of September 20, 2005, minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age can only stay if accompanied by their parents or a person responsible for their custody or guardianship, proven to be identified, or accompanied by a person over 21 (twenty-one) years old with authorization from parents or legal guardians, with signatures recognized by a Notary. The minor's documents must also be presented.
- The card used for the purchase must be presented at check in.
- If the cardholder is not present at the accommodation, it is necessary to present the usage authorization form and a copy of the cardholder's ID at check-in. Request the form via email [email protected].
Failure to comply with the above conditions will make it impossible to carry out check-in, and there will be no reimbursement for any losses generated. The penalty will be applied in accordance with the cancellation and/or no-show policy for the period.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy
Refundable:
Cancellation free of charge can be made up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival at the Hotel. In case of cancellations made after the scheduled deadline, the full amount corresponding to the first night's accommodation plus taxes will be charged, except in cases of force majeure upon presentation of documents.
Non refundable:
By purchasing this option you guarantee the lowest daily price, but once you confirm your reservation, you will not be able to change or cancel it. If cancellation or change is necessary, the full price of the reservation will be charged. Payment of the total amount will be made at any time up to the check-in date.
“No Show” Policy
The value of the first night's accommodation plus taxes will be charged for refundable reservations, except in cases of “force majeure” upon presentation of documents.
