Timetables:
Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: until 12:00 p.m.
Early check-out: Available and non-refundable.
Check-out after 12:00 p.m. subject to availability and will be charged half a daily rate until 6:00 p.m.
Children's policy:
01 child(ren), accommodated in existing beds in the same room as the parents, being:
00 to 06 years old – free of charge for up to 01 child.
No extra beds will be provided.
IMPORTANT:
Children's documents must be presented at check-in, in accordance with Law 12.883 of September 20, 2005. Minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age may only stay if accompanied by their parents or a person who has custody or guardianship, who must be identified, or accompanied by a person over 21 (twenty-one) years of age who has authorization from their parents or legal guardians, with notarized signatures. The minor's documents must also be presented.
- The card used for the purchase must be presented at check-in.
- If the cardholder is not present at the accommodation, the authorization form and a copy of the cardholder's ID must be presented at check-in. Request the form by emailing [email protected].
Failure to comply with the above conditions will prevent check-in from being completed and completed, and there will be no reimbursement for any losses that may arise. The penalty will be applied according to the cancellation and/or no-show policy for the period.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Refundable:
Cancellation without charge may be made up to 24 hours before the date of check-in at the Hotel. In the event of cancellations made outside the stipulated deadline, the full amount corresponding to the first night's stay plus taxes will be charged, except in cases of force majeure upon presentation of documents.
Non-Refundable:

“No Show” Policy
The amount of the first night's stay plus taxes will be charged for refundable reservations except in cases of “force majeure” upon presentation of documents.
Exception:
Hotels in Curitiba/PR apply Room Tax, an optional contribution of symbolic value made by guests to encourage tourism and improve local hospitality services. This contribution is charged at check-out. Amount per day and varies per hotel.
