Payment is made directly at the hotel. Card details are requested as a guarantee. In case of no-show or cancellation after 2pm on the day of check-in, the amount of the first night + taxes will be charged to the card provided.

By purchasing this option, you are guaranteed the lowest daily rate, but once you have confirmed your reservation, you will not be able to change or cancel it. If cancellation or change is necessary, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Payment of the full amount will be made at any time up until the check-in date.

On other dates:

Cancellation free of charge can be made up to 6pm before check-in. In case of cancellations made after the scheduled deadline, the full price of accommodation plus taxes will be charged, except in cases of force majeure upon presentation of documents.
