Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment is made directly at the hotel. Card details are requested as a guarantee. In case of no-show or cancellation after 2pm on the day of check-in, the amount of the first night + taxes will be charged to the card provided.

Cancellation Policies

By purchasing this option, you are guaranteed the lowest daily rate, but once you have confirmed your reservation, you will not be able to change or cancel it. If cancellation or change is necessary, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Payment of the full amount will be made at any time up until the check-in date.

Ao comprar essa opção você poderá cancelar ou alterar sua reserva sem nenhuma cobrança até 02 dia (48hrs) antes da data do check-in.
Após esse prazo, será cobrado o valor da primeira diária como multa em caso de cancelamento ou não comparecimento.

No ato da reserva será obrigatório a inserção de um cartão de crédito válido, para garantia. Será realizada uma pré autorização no dia do check in no valor da primeira diária, para validação do cartão.
