Payment is made directly at the hotel. Card details are requested to guarantee the reservation. In case of no-show or cancellation outside the established deadline (7 days prior), the total amount of the stay plus taxes will be charged to the card provided.

On other dates:

Payment is made directly at the hotel. Card details are requested as a guarantee. In case of no-show or cancellation after 2pm on the day of check-in, the amount of the first night + taxes will be charged to the card provided.

Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the event of cancellations made outside the scheduled period, the full amount of the accommodation plus taxes will be charged, except in cases of force majeure upon presentation of documents.

On other dates:

When purchasing this option, you can cancel or change your reservation without any charge up to 1 day (24 hours) before the check-in date.

After this period, the amount of the first night's stay will be charged as a fine in case of cancellation or no-show.

When making the reservation, you must insert a valid credit card as a guarantee. A pre-authorization will be made on the day of check-in for the amount of the first night's stay to validate the card.
