Payment is made directly at the hotel. Card details are requested for warranty purposes. In case of no-show or cancellation after 2 pm on the day of check-in, the amount of the first night's stay + taxes will be charged to the card provided.

Cancellation free of charge can be made up to 30 days before the date of arrival at the Hotel. In case of cancellations made after the scheduled deadline, the full price of accommodation plus taxes will be charged, except in cases of force majeure upon presentation of documents.

By purchasing this option, you are guaranteed the lowest daily rate, but once you have confirmed your reservation, you will not be able to change or cancel it. If cancellation or change is necessary, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Payment of the full amount will be made at any time up until the check-in date.

Good afternoon! When purchasing this option you will be able to cancel or change your reservation without any charge up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
