Refundable Payment Policy: Billed for operators through credit approval. NET rates, not commissioned. Confidential guest rates. Rates are not valid for groups. It is mandatory to apply mark-up agreed with the Network, in case of non-compliance, we reserve the right not to accept the requested reservations. Change and Cancellation Policy: Changes will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance of the guest's arrival date. After that date, the first night will be charged. No-show policy There will be a charge for the first night.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the event of cancellations made outside the scheduled period, the full amount of the accommodation plus taxes will be charged, except in cases of force majeure upon presentation of documents.

By purchasing this option, you are guaranteed the lowest daily rate, but once you have confirmed your reservation, you will not be able to change or cancel it. If cancellation or change is necessary, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Payment of the full amount will be made at any time up until the check-in date.

• Reservations with guarantee of no-show can be canceled until 18h00 the day before the guest arrives at the hotel, otherwise they will be subject to a charge of 1 daily + ISS; • Changes of date: will be accepted in writing, until 6:00 pm the day before the arrival originally confirmed.
