Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
Refundable Payment Policy: Billed for operators through credit approval. NET rates, not commissioned. Confidential guest rates. Rates are not valid for groups. It is mandatory to apply mark-up agreed with the Network, in case of non-compliance, we reserve the right not to accept the requested reservations. Change and Cancellation Policy: Changes will be accepted up to 24 hours in advance of the guest's arrival date. After that date, the first night will be charged. No-show policy There will be a charge for the first night.
Cancellation Policies
• Reservations with guarantee of no-show can be canceled until 18h00 the day before the guest arrives at the hotel, otherwise they will be subject to a charge of 1 daily + ISS; • Changes of date: will be accepted in writing, until 6:00 pm the day before the arrival originally confirmed. Otherwise it will require the collection of 01 daily + ISS; • Reservations "No" Guaranteed: They will be confirmed until 18h00 on the day of check-in, after 18h00 it is subject to availability; • No-show policy: • Guaranteed reservations: Reservations with no-show guarantee will be kept in the system until 12:00 noon the day after the guest arrives; in case of No-Show will be applied fine of 01 daily + ISS. • In periods of high occupancy, the Hotel may request the payment of non-guaranteed reservations in advance of the guest's entrance; Cancellation request must be sent in writing via email.
