Your card will be charged in advance of the check-in date.

On other dates:

Payment is made directly at the hotel. Card details are requested for warranty purposes. In case of no-show or cancellation after 2 pm on the day of check-in, the amount of the first night's stay + taxes will be charged to the card provided.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 60 days before the date of arrival at the Hotel. In the event of cancellations made outside the scheduled period, the full amount of the accommodation plus taxes will be charged, except in cases of force majeure upon presentation of documents.

By purchasing this option, you are guaranteed the lowest daily rate, but once you have confirmed your reservation, you will not be able to change or cancel it. If cancellation or change is necessary, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. Payment of the full amount will be made at any time up until the check-in date.

On other dates:

When purchasing this option, you can cancel or change your reservation without any charge up to 1 day (24 hours) before the check-in date.

After this period, the amount of the first night's stay will be charged as a fine in case of cancellation or no-show.

When making the reservation, you must insert a valid credit card as a guarantee. A pre-authorization will be made on the day of check-in for the amount of the first night's stay to validate the card.
