Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 15 days before the check-in date. Cancellations made after the scheduled time will result in a full stay fee plus taxes, except in cases of force majeure, upon presentation of supporting documents.

On other dates:

When purchasing this option, you can cancel or change your reservation without any charge up to 1 day (24 hours) before the check-in date.

After this period, the amount of the first night's stay will be charged as a fine in case of cancellation or no-show.

When making the reservation, you must insert a valid credit card as a guarantee. A pre-authorization will be made on the day of check-in for the amount of the first night's stay to validate the card.
