Payment is made directly at the hotel. Card details are requested for warranty purposes. In case of no-show or cancellation after 2 pm on the day of check-in, the amount of the first night's stay + taxes will be charged to the card provided.

Cancellation Policies

When purchasing this option, you can cancel or change your reservation without any charge up to 1 day (24 hours) before the check-in date.

After this period, the amount of the first night's stay will be charged as a fine in case of cancellation or no-show.

When making the reservation, you must insert a valid credit card as a guarantee. A pre-authorization will be made on the day of check-in for the amount of the first night's stay to validate the card.
