Cancellation Policies

Cancellation is allowed up to 5 days before check-in.

In case of cancellation within this period, a letter of credit will be issued for the total value of the package, without a fine being charged. The letter of credit can be used to reduce the value of a new reservation, according to the current rate and hotel availability. The letter of credit is valid for 1 year for accommodation from the date of issue. The customer may choose to refund the amount paid, in which case a fine of 20% of the total reservation value will be charged. In case of cancellation within 5 days before check-in or no-show, a fine of 20% of the total reservation value will be charged.
