Cancellation Policies

- Flexible Rate
Non-Refundable: Allows cancellation or modification of the reservation; however, there will be no refund of the amounts paid.

In case of changes to the reservation period, the number of guests, or the room category, the rate in effect on the date of the change will be considered for calculating any rate difference. Depending on the requested change, part of the amount paid may be converted into credit for use on future stays, subject to possible application of a penalty, according to the hotel's analysis and availability.

- No-show
In case of no-show, the reservation will remain active until 12:00 PM on the day following the scheduled check-in date. After this time, the total value of the reserved nights will be retained, without the possibility of a refund.

- Reservation Verification
It is the guest's responsibility to verify all reservation information at the time of purchase confirmation. Special attention should be paid to: stay dates (day, month, and year); hotel name; room category; number of guests; and other contracted conditions. This verification must be carried out both on the payment/reservation link and on the voucher and confirmation emails sent to the guest. In case of errors in the reservation information, the guest will be charged any tariff difference, based on the rate in effect on the date of the correction.

- Payment Policy and Reservation Guarantee
We do not accept payment with third-party credit cards. The cardholder used for the purchase must be present at check-in and present the credit card used in the online transaction.

By completing the reservation, the guest declares to be aware of and in agreement with the commercial conditions applicable to the chosen rate, including the cancellation, change, no-show, payment policies and other hotel rules.
