The hotel does not accept payment for reservations using third-party credit cards. The credit card holder must be present at check-in and must present the card used to make the payment or must deliver the Purchase Authorization Term on the Card signed by the credit card holder, notarized. Otherwise the reservation will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policies

FREE cancellation up to 3 days before check-in, with full refund of the amount paid or issuance of a letter of credit.

In case of cancellation after the deadline or no-show, a letter of credit valid for 1 year will be issued for the total value of the package, without a fine being charged. The letter of credit can be used to reduce the value of a new reservation, according to the current rate and hotel availability. The customer may choose to refund the amount paid, in which case an administrative fee of 20% of the total reservation value will be charged.
