Payment for the reservation can be made at any time after confirmation of the reservation.
We do not accept reservations with third-party cards; if the cardholder is not staying at the hotel, a new payment will be requested at check-in, and the previous payment will be refunded. We ask that you present the physical card or a photo of the virtual card used for the purchase, along with a photo ID of the cardholder, at check-in.
Cancellation Policies
Reservations can be cancelled up to 3 (three) days prior to the check-in date without penalty.
Cancellations or changes made less than 3 (three) days prior to the check-in date will be considered a no-show, and 100% (one hundred percent) of the reserved daily rate will be charged as a penalty.
Cancellation is free of charge as long as the reservation is cancelled up to 72 hours before check-in, and the amount already paid for the reservation may be refunded.
If the cancellation is made outside this timeframe, or if you cancel on the day of check-in or are a no-show, a penalty equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.
For reservations during holidays, New Year's Eve, and January, cancellations must be made up to 25 days before check-in, and the amount already paid for the reservation will be refunded.
For holidays, New Year's Eve, and January, if cancellations are made outside this timeframe, or if you cancel on the day of check-in or are a no-show, the total amount paid will be charged as a penalty.
Changes: Changes are possible, however, there will be an adjustment to the daily rate, or you can keep the credit for the amount paid for the reservation to use on a new reservation. Any changes must be communicated up to 96 hours before check-in.
