PAYMENT METHOD:

Payment by credit card - Payment can be debited at any time, after confirmation of the reservation the total amount will be debited.

Credit card policy - We do not accept third-party cards

At check-in, the card used for the purchase will be requested and the cardholder must be present. If the guest makes the reservation with someone else's card, a new payment will be requested and the amount paid in advance will be refunded to the card within 15 business days.

All reservations with a no-show guarantee: 1 DAILY RATE WILL BE CHARGED. IN THE CASE OF A NO-SHOW, THE HOTEL WILL ONLY WAIT FOR THE RESERVED ROOM UNTIL 12:00 PM THE NEXT DAY, AFTER THIS TIME THE RESERVED ROOM WILL BE RELEASED FOR SALE;

Children's policy: We offer a courtesy stay for one (01) child up to 4 years old per apartment accompanied by their parents or guardians, who will be accommodated in the same bed as their guardians. The child must be included in the reservation. Parents must present the child's birth certificate and documentation. Minors under 18 (eighteen) years old may only stay if accompanied by their parents or a person with custody or guardianship.
