Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment for the reservation can be made at any time after confirmation. We do not accept reservations made with third-party cards; the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Please present the physical card or a photo of the virtual card used for the purchase, along with a photo ID of the cardholder, at check-in.

Cancellation Policies

The customer has up to 3 days prior to check-in to cancel without a fine.

Customers canceling less than 3 days in advance or "NO SHOW" will be charged 1 (one) daily fine.

IN THE EVENT OF A NO-SHOW, THE HOTEL WILL ONLY WAIT THE RESERVED ROOM UNTIL 12:00 PM THE NEXT DAY, AFTER THAT TIME THE RESERVED ROOM IS RELEASED FOR SALE.
