Cancellation Policies

* Cancellation or change policy

- Cancellation is free of charge as long as the reservation is canceled up to 7 days before check-in, and the amount already paid for the reservation may be refunded;
- If the cancellation is after the deadline, the amount of 1 night will be charged as a fine;
- In the case of NO SHOW* (No-show), the amount of 1 (one) daily rate will be charged as a fine;
- In the case of a No Show, the hotel will only wait for the reserved room until 12:00 pm the following day, after this time, the reserved room is released for sale;
- If the reservation is canceled or changed after the deadline or when the guest is already at the hotel, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of changing the reservation, you need to contact the hotel via email [email protected] and check availability, the change may undergo price adjustments depending on the new date, and must be made within 7 days before check-in.
