Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Payment for the reservation can be made at any time, after confirmation of the reservation.
We do not accept reservations using third party cards, if the card holder does not stay at the hotel, a new payment will be requested at check-in, and the previous payment will be refunded. We ask that you present the physical card or a photo of the virtual card used for the purchase but a photo ID of the cardholder at check-in.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 8/25/2025 - 12/19/2026

Non-Refundable

On other dates:

The customer has up to 3 days prior to check-in to cancel without a fine.
Customers canceling less than 3 days in advance or "NO SHOW" will be charged 1 (one) daily fine.
