Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Don't worry, initially no amount will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking, as it will only be used in the case of a NO-SHOW.
Thus protecting the guest's right to make payment directly at the hotel in the best way they can find, (cash, debit or credit).

IN THE EVENT OF A NO-SHOW, THE HOTEL WILL ONLY WAIT THE RESERVED ROOM UNTIL 12:00 PM THE NEXT DAY, AFTER THAT TIME THE RESERVED ROOM IS RELEASED FOR SALE.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 2/28/2024 - 6/16/2043

Cancellation is free of charge as long as the reservation is canceled up to 72 hours before check-in, and the amount already paid for the reservation may be refunded.

If the cancellation is after the deadline or if the cancellation occurs on the day of check-in or NO SHOW (No Show), the amount of 1 (one) night will be charged as a fine.

IN THE EVENT OF A NO-SHOW, THE HOTEL WILL ONLY WAIT THE RESERVED ROOM UNTIL 12:00 PM THE NEXT DAY, AFTER THAT TIME THE RESERVED ROOM IS RELEASED FOR SALE.
For reservations during holidays and New Year's Eve, and January, you must cancel up to 25 days before check-in, and the amount already paid for the reservation will be refunded.

In the case of holidays and New Year's Eve, and January, if you cancel after the deadline or cancel on the day of check-in or NO SHOW, the total amount paid will be charged as a fine.

Amendment. If you can make the change, however, the daily price will be adjusted, or you will be refunded the amount paid for the reservation to be used within 15 business days. Any changes must be communicated up to 96 hours before check-in.

On other dates:

The customer has up to 3 days prior to check-in to cancel without a fine.
Customers canceling less than 3 days in advance or "NO SHOW" will be charged 1 (one) daily fine.
