No-show billing
If the guest does not arrive at the hotel, the full amount will be charged without refund to the customer.

On other dates:

Direct payment at check-in - It is mandatory to provide credit card details to guarantee the reservation. The reservation will be guaranteed until 4:00 pm on the day of check-in.

Payment by deposit must be made up to 48 hours before check-in.

Invoiced Payment - Upon consultation on serasa and release of registration by the financial department for the company and/or operator. Billing period: 15 days after check out.

"NO SHOW" (No-show): In case of no-show, the amount of the 1st night will be charged.

RESERVATIONS WITHOUT GUARANTEE will only be guaranteed until 4:00 pm on the check-in date.

During special event periods and holidays, IRREVOCABLE NO-SHOW GUARANTEE may be charged and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.


EXCLUSIVE PERIODS - Non-Refundable - the total cost of accommodation will be charged (for holidays and New Year's Eve).

New Year's Eve (29/12/2018 to 01/01/2019) Minimum 3 nights.
