Deposit / Guarantee Policies

Direct payment at checkin - It is mandatory to inform the credit card details to guarantee the reservation. The reservation will be guaranteed until 16:00 on the day of check-in. Payment by deposit must be made 48 hours before check-in. Billed Payment - Upon consultation with serasa and release of registration by the finance department for the company and/or operator. Billing period: 15 days after check out.
