Deposit / Guarantee Policies

- Cancellations and changes are not permitted. In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

No-Show Charge
If the guest fails to show up at the hotel, the full amount will be charged without refund.

On other dates:

Direct payment at check-in - Credit card information is required to guarantee the reservation. The reservation is guaranteed by 4:00 PM on the day of check-in.

Deposit payment must be made 48 hours before check-in.

Invoiced Payment - Upon consultation with Serasa and approval of registration by the finance department for the company and/or operator. Invoicing deadline: 15 days after check-out.

Cancellation - must be authorized 24 hours in advance (EXCEPT FOR HOLIDAY PERIODS).

Cancellation - must be authorized 48 hours in advance.

"NO SHOW" (No Show): In case of no-show, the first night's stay will be charged.

NO-SHOW RESERVATIONS are guaranteed only until 4:00 PM on the check-in date.

During special events and holidays, an IRREVOCABLE NO-SHOW GUARANTEE may be applied and the full reservation amount will be charged.

EXCLUSIVE PERIODS - Non-Refundable - the full amount of the stay will be charged (for holidays and New Year's Eve).

New Year's Eve minimum 3 nights.
