The total package price is R$ 949.00, which includes two nights' accommodation in a Standard apartment. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking and can be made by credit card or PIX (Brazilian instant payment system). The reservation will only be considered confirmed after full payment has been verified. The package price includes dinner for two (excluding drinks), free parking, access to the heated pool, 24-hour gym, and 24-hour room service.

Cancellation Policies

This package is a non-refundable rate. In case of cancellation, date change, or no-show, there will be no refund, reimbursement, or credit of the amount paid, regardless of the reason. After booking confirmation, it will not be possible to change the guest's name or transfer the package to third parties. If the guest does not show up on the reserved date, the reservation will be automatically canceled without the right to a refund. Accommodation is valid exclusively for weekends, and can be used from Friday to Sunday or from Saturday to Monday, subject to hotel availability.

Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area of the hotel. We do not offer extra beds.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in from 2 PM. Check-out until 12 PM.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and additional charges: Check-in before 6 AM: full day's charge. Check-in between 6 AM and 2 PM: half day's charge. Check-out between 12 PM and 6 PM: half day's charge. Check-out after 6 PM: full day's charge.

Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance, directly with reception or the Reservations Center.

[Policy for Minors under 18 Years of Age]

According to the Statute of Children and Adolescents (Federal Law No. 8.069/1990), minors under 18 years of age may only stay accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

At check-in, it is mandatory to present an official photo ID of the minor and the guardians.

If the minor is with a guardian who is not a parent, a written authorization from the parents, with notarized signatures, is required.

Children up to 7 years old who sleep in the same bed as their parents have complimentary accommodation and breakfast.

We do not provide extra beds. For other configurations, please consult the reception or Reservations Center.

[Pet Friendly Policy]

We accept up to 1 medium-sized pet (up to 25 kg and 60 cm tall) or up to 3 small pets, with a total weight of up to 25 kg.

The daily rate for pets starts at R$ 70.00, and may vary depending on the unit. Confirm the price with the Reservations Center.

Mandatory rules for pet accommodation:
Present an updated vaccination card at check-in.
Sign the liability waiver upon arrival.
Pets are only allowed in the apartments.
In common areas and elevators, keep your pet on a leash or use appropriate carriers/bags.
Cleaning up after your pet is the responsibility of the owner.
In case of damage to the furniture, the owner will be charged for the necessary repairs.
