Full prepayment of the reservation will be required for confirmation. In case of cancellation or no-show, the prepaid amount will not be refunded.

Free rescheduling for equivalent dates*. Rates non-refundable.

In case of change to the period of major events, the tariff difference charging policy applies, for amounts paid in excess, credit will be granted for future accommodations in the same hotel as the reservation, and for amounts paid in excess, the difference will be charged for the current rate for the new period.
Rebookings can be made for accommodation in the period up to 08/01/2021, except for the period of Major Events, Carnival and New Year's Eve, by email [email protected] or by calling the Reservations Center 0300.210.7700
