To confirm and guarantee your reservation, a 100% prepayment of the total accommodation cost is required.
Payment must be made within the deadline indicated at the time of booking. If payment is not received by the deadline, the reservation may be automatically cancelled.
This policy may apply during promotional periods, high occupancy, holidays, events, and for non-refundable rates.
- The amount will be processed on the credit card after the reservation is completed. If the card is invalid, the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
