Cancellation Policies
Non-refundable rate: cancellations or changes are not allowed, and in case of no-show, the full accommodation cost will be charged.
General Policy
- Reservations are subject to availability and must be made at least 72 business hours (3 business days) in advance.
- Payment is due in full in advance for the service purchased.
- Rates are not valid for groups.
- The amount will be processed on the credit card after the reservation is completed. If the card is invalid, the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
- Smoking is not permitted in the hotel.
- The hotel does not accept extra beds.
- Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 6:00 PM, subject to availability confirmed by the hotel.
- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges; check hotel policies.
- One child up to 7 years old is free when sleeping in existing bedding. Consult the hotel for availability and additional charges for other accommodation options for children.
