Payment Policy - Non-Refundable Rate:
This rate is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, change of date, number of people or no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged in full.
Important: By confirming your reservation, you automatically agree to the payment conditions and the non-refund policy.

• The amount will be processed on your credit card after the reservation is completed. If the card is invalid, the reservation will be canceled automatically and without prior notice.
• Values not valid for groups.

• Cancellation and Changes
Reservations made with a non-refundable rate cannot be cancelled or changed in dates or number of people. If a change is necessary, the difference in the rate will be charged.
• No Show
In the event of a no-show on the date of the reservation (No Show), the total amount of the stay will be charged.

• Non-refundable amounts | Cancellation and changes to the reservation will not be permitted and the full price of the accommodation will be charged.

- Reservations will be made subject to availability and must be made at least 72 working hours in advance (3 working days).
- Payment is made in advance and in full for the service purchased.
- The values are not valid for groups.

- Smoking is not permitted in the hotel.
- The hotel does not offer extra beds.
- Check-in at 2pm and Check-out at 6pm, subject to availability confirmed by the hotel.
- Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and additional charges, check hotel conditions.
- Complimentary for a child up to 7 years old, when accommodated in the existing beds in the room. Consult the hotel about availability and additional costs for other accommodation options for children.
