• Payment for reservations will be made directly at the hotel.
• The payment method selected on the website is only to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged at the time of booking confirmation.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank deposit, credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Elo and American Express.

Non-refundable rate: cancellations or changes are not permitted, and in case of no-show, the full amount of the accommodation will be charged. Full prepayment for the reserved period is required.
On other dates:
• Cancellation without penalty/charge must be made up to 24 hours before check-in
• In case of no-show (NO SHOW) the total amount for the first night will be charged
