If there is a need to cancel or change the reservation date, the customer must notify the Reservation Center in writing, and cancellation or change over the telephone will not be accepted. Cancellation or change of dates will be subject to charges in accordance with the conditions below.
Changing the reservation date: No date transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference for a period of Major Events, observing the following deadlines:
- 30 days in advance of the entry date (Except for periods of Major Events).
- For New Year's Eve, Christmas and Carnival: the change must be made at least 45 days in advance.
Changes will be made subject to hotel availability.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation at least 15 days before the date of arrival at the hotel, the guest will receive credit for new nights, which can be used in the period up to 08/01/2021. Subject to hotel availability.
If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the date of arrival at the hotel, the total amount paid for the package or daily rate will be lost.
Withdrawal without cancellation - "no show": Failure to show up without prior written notice, on the scheduled arrival date, will be considered "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, starting from the entry time. After this period, the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the place available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
Cancellation after check-in: Cancellation of check-in after arrival or after entering the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR CREDIT TOWARD NEW DAILY RATES, resulting in total loss of the amount paid for the package or daily rate.
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before check-in time. In case of no-show, the amount corresponding to the first night's stay will be charged.
