Cancellations/Changes to bookings: Until 2 days before check-in, except in long holidays and packages.

"The SHOW" (no-show) is charged the first daily in the event of a no show, except on long holidays and packages.
Please note that the plans "Last minute" and "non-refundable" in the event of cancellation, no-show and changes will be charged the total price of the reservation.

The payment of the reservation will be made directly in the hotel. The payment method selected is only to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged at the time of the booking confirmation.
Forms of payment accepted: cash, bank deposit, credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

A child up to 07 years is charged daily, since it stays in the same apartment and bed of the parents. From 8 years of age, the child will be charged as an adult. In case of need extra accommodation or cot, please consult the hotel availability and rate applied in the period. It is obligatory the presentation of identification document at check-in for children and adolescents (12,038 in accordance with the law).
