"NO SHOW" (Non-appearance): Full charge including fees in case of no-show.

Prepaid Reservations:
Credit Card: presentation of the credit card used for the purchase and original photo ID will be required at check-in.

PIX or Advance Deposit: Reservation will only be confirmed after sending proof of payment to: [email protected] within business hours (Mon-Fri 9 AM to 7 PM).

*According to Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, children or adolescents under 18 years of age must present identification and be accompanied by their parents, legal guardians, or have authorization from the Juvenile Court if traveling with other people.

Pet friendly: Pet boarding is not included in the daily rate; the additional cost is R$ 172.50 per day per pet. It is necessary to contact the Hotel at +55 21 2106-0200 and request the inclusion of this service in your stay.

SPA: Rio SPA services are not included in the daily rate. If you have purchased any Rio SPA services through our website: www.othon.com.br, scheduling must be done directly with the SPA. Fitness Center – Ilha Point Gym: located on floor -1, available to guests Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Check the schedule and availability of our functional beach classes, which take place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7:30 AM.

Private parking is available on-site (reservations not possible) at a cost of R$ 99.00 per day.

Early check-in and late check-out: Subject to availability, these will be arranged and must be checked directly with reception upon arrival at the hotel.
