For reservations with this policy, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the daily rate to guarantee the reservation at any time after the reservation is made. For reservations confirmed on the Windsor website with "Credit Card" as the payment method, the system will automatically debit the amount. In the event of a no-show, there will be no refund.

Non-Refundable Rates. For reservations under this policy, a prepayment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total price of the stay (nights + taxes) will be charged at any time after the reservation is made. Reservations cannot be cancelled without penalty. In case of no-show, there will be no refund of the amount paid.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 pm.

For arrivals scheduled for the morning, before the standard check-in time (ECI), you will need to pre-register, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon your arrival and implies the full charge of 1 additional day's stay. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, an extra fee of 50% (LCO) of the total daily rate will be charged and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. In any case, for both of these actions, you will need to check availability in advance with the hotel.

Minimum age for check-in: 18 years. According to article 82 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents, accommodation for minors under 18 years of age requires the accompaniment of their parents or legal guardian. The minor must present an identity card or birth certificate, as well as written authorization from the guardians notarized by a notary.

Please note that if you need a crib or extra bed in your apartment, it will be available subject to availability at the hotel.

We guarantee the crib or extra bed only in cases of triple room reservations.

Upon check-in, the hotel will request an estimated amount to guarantee any additional accommodation costs. This guarantee can be made in cash or credit card and only activated at the end of your stay during check-out.

Please also note that the hotel accepts cash (in cash), debit card (domestic) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Elo, national or international) as payment. Checks are not accepted as payment.

In case of installment payments, only credit cards issued in Brazil will be accepted. Furthermore, additional accommodation costs cannot be paid in installments under any circumstances.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

* The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time in cases of obvious typing errors regarding values and information, refunding any amount paid by the end customer.

* The hotel does not accept group reservations through Omnibees, so if more than 9 rooms are generated for the same period, the reservations will be treated as a group and we will require full prepayment in addition to applying the hotel's standard group policy.
