Para reservas com esta política, o hotel se reserva no direito de cobrar 100% do valor das diárias para garantia da reserva a qualquer momento a partir da efetivação da mesma. Para reservas confirmadas no Site Windsor com forma de pagamento "Cartão de Crédito", débito será realizado automaticamente pelo sistema. Em caso de não comparecimento, não haverá reembolso.

Tarifas Não Reembolsáveis. Para reservas com esta política, será cobrado um pré-pagamento de 100% (cem por cento) do preço total da estada (diárias + taxas) a qualquer momento após a realização da reserva. Reservas não passíveis de cancelamento sem multa. Em caso de não comparecimento (no show), não haverá reembolso do valor pago.

Check-in time is from 3:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 pm. For arrivals scheduled for the morning, before the standard check-in time (ECI), you will need to pre-register, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon your arrival and implies the full charge of 1 additional day's stay. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, an extra fee of 50% (LCO) of the total daily rate will be charged and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. In any case, for both of these actions, you will need to check availability in advance with the hotel. Minimum age for check-in: 18 years. According to article 82 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents, accommodation for minors under 18 years of age requires the accompaniment of their parents or legal guardian. The minor must present an identity card or birth certificate, as well as written authorization from the guardians notarized by a notary. Please note that if you need a crib or extra bed in your apartment, it will be available subject to availability at the hotel. We guarantee the crib or extra bed only in cases of triple room reservations. Upon check-in, the hotel will request an estimated amount to guarantee any additional accommodation costs. This guarantee can be made in cash or credit card and only activated at the end of your stay during check-out. Please also note that the hotel accepts cash (in cash), debit card (domestic) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Elo, national or international) as payment. Checks are not accepted as payment. In case of installment payments, only credit cards issued in Brazil will be accepted. Furthermore, additional accommodation costs cannot be paid in installments under any circumstances. Please pay attention to the cancellation and payment policies for your reservation.
