For reservations with this policy, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the day rate to guarantee the reservation at any time after the reservation is made.

After the reservation is made, the reservation issuer should contact the Hotel Reservations Department within 24 hours to inquire about guarantee/payment of the reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations made under this payment policy if attempts to contact the issuer have been unsuccessful.

The hotel reserves the right to set a deadline for full payment of the stay for reservations confirmed under this payment policy.

Cancellation Policies

Non-Refundable Rates. For reservations with this policy, a prepayment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total price of the stay (day rate + taxes) will be charged at any time after the reservation is made.

Reservations cannot be cancelled without fine.

In case of no-show, there will be no refund of the amount paid.
