Deposit / Guarantee Policies

You can guarantee your reservation with a credit card. When made in this way, the reservation will be guaranteed until 12:00 pm on the day following the scheduled check-in date. The card provided at the time of booking will be validated up to 24 hours before the arrival date. If the card is invalid, the hotel will contact the guest requesting a new card, and such data must be sent within 24 hours of the request. If the enterprise does not receive the new data within the period informed here, it may cancel the reservation. For reservations made without 24 hours notice to the check-in date, the deadline for sending the data mentioned above is 2 hours.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 12/28/2024 - 1/1/2025

Reservations with a No-Show Guarantee may be cancelled up to 10 days prior to the Guest's arrival. After this period, the amount corresponding to one night's stay will be charged and this amount cannot be converted into credit for future stays.

No-show: The first night's stay of guaranteed reservations will be charged in the event of a no-show;

On other dates:

Reservations with a No Show Guarantee may be canceled up until 2:00 pm on the business day prior to the Guest's arrival. After this period, the amount corresponding to one night's stay will be charged and this amount cannot be reversed as a credit for future accommodations.

Reservations without a No Show Guarantee will be automatically canceled at 2pm on the business day prior to the Guest's arrival.

No-show: The first night of guaranteed reservations will be charged in case of no-show;
