The Transamérica Executive Perdizes features 144 beautifully decorated suites. In a single style, within the Luxury category, the suites are 29 m², with options for one double bed or two single beds, and all include a spacious work station. The apartments are equipped with a kitchenette (mini-fridge and microwave), work station, air conditioning, 32'' LED TV, Wi-Fi, telephone line, ironing board and iron. In the bathroom: Shower stall, hairdryer, complete linens and premium amenities. "The hotel is temporarily without safes in the rooms"... Please note that the hotel has a Tourist Tax (Optional), amounting to R$ 4.85. Reservations processed through this system include up to 10 rooms per average stay. Above 11 rooms, it is considered a Group policy, with negotiation and applicability of different Terms and Conditions. The Transamerica Executive Perdizes Hotel will be undergoing renovations in the rooms from January 1st, 2025, as part of the revitalization of the property. The rates and commercial conditions for periods starting on 01/01/2027 take into account the scenario of the Tax Reform (Constitutional Amendment No. 132/2023 and Constitutional Amendment No. 214/2025), notably the Contribution on Goods and Services (CBS) and the Tax on Goods and Services (IBS), as well as any other taxes, fees or contributions that may replace, incorporate or succeed them, for any reason. Thus, the parties agree that: (i) The accommodation values will be increased by the CBS at the rates in force at the time of the taxable event. During the legal transition, the price will also include the ISS and other remaining taxes. (ii) if the final rates or subsequent regulations result in a tax burden different from that estimated above, the amounts will be automatically adjusted, without the need for prior notice or acceptance, to preserve the economic and financial balance, with simple communication being sufficient." (iii) The Tax Invoices will now highlight the new IBS and CBS rates under the new Full Non-Cumulative regime, in the form and conditions established by EC No. 132/2023 and other subsequent regulations.
