•⁠ ⁠Flexible – 30 days, New Year's Eve and Carnival: - The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before check-in, at no cost. After this period, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the guest will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

•⁠ ⁠Flexible - 14 days (Holidays, January and special dates): The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in, at no cost. After this period, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the guest will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

On other dates:

• Our Black Friday campaign operates with a non-refundable rate, therefore, the customer has up to 7 days after purchase to cancel.

• However, it is our company policy to be flexible with rescheduling of accommodation periods, provided that we notify you 30 days in advance of the check-in date, converting the amount paid into credit for another chosen period.

• Payments will be made by the hotel immediately after booking.

• The campaign will operate with payment in up to 10 installments without interest, provided that the minimum installments are:
R$200 – Pousada Pedra Torta
R$300 – Other hotels in the group
• Our Network works with fluctuating rates, just like airlines. Therefore, prices fluctuate automatically according to occupancy during the period. This means that the sooner you book, the greater the chance of getting the best price for your desired period. Don't leave it to the last minute, as this will be the biggest Black Week campaign in our history.
