The total cost of accommodation is paid in advance, at the time of booking, in up to 6 installments via credit card.

For payment in installments, the minimum mandatory installment is R$99.00.

Installments are only accepted from citizens of the local country, cards from foreigners are not accepted.

The guest must be the holder of the credit card and present it at reception upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

In case of non-attendance (no-show) 01 night as penalty will be charged; Credit card debit is made automatically 24 hours after reservation confirmation, in case of cancellation within 48 hours prior to entry into hotel, the total amount of the accommodation will be refunded. Any changes to your reservation must be made within 48 hours prior to entry into the hotel. In case of no-shows, the first night rate will be charged to the credit card stated in the reservation and the rest will be refunded.
