Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The reservation may be charged on the day of arrival at the hotel, provided that this option is available and is the one chosen in your reservation.
The credit card must be provided to guarantee the reservation, and will only be charged by the hotel in case of cancellation outside the deadline and no-show.
If you choose to pay now, the total amount of the accommodation is paid in advance, at the time of booking, in up to 4 installments on the credit card.
For installment payments, the minimum installment amount is R$ 500.00.
Only installment payments are accepted for citizens of the local country; foreign cards are not accepted.
The guest must be the credit card holder and present the card at reception upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

Full prepayment of the reservation is required. In case of cancellation, modification or non-attendance, the amount due will not be refunded.

Cancellation without charge when done within 72 hours before entry into the hotel.

The reservation will be charged upon arrival at the hotel. You must inform the credit card details to guarantee the reservation. In case of no-show, the reservation will be canceled by the hotel.

Any changes to your reservation must be made within 72 hours prior to entry into the hotel.

In case of no-show, the first night's rate will be charged to the credit card stated in the reservation and the rest will be refunded.
