Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The booking will be charged upon arrival at the hotel. You must enter the credit card details to guarantee the reservation. In case of no-show, the reservation will be canceled by the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

Full prepayment of the reservation is required. In case of cancellation, modification or non-attendance, the amount due will not be refunded.

Cancellation without charge when done within 24 hours before entering the hotel.
Any changes to your reservation must be made within 24 hours prior to your arrival at the hotel.

In case of no-show, the first night's rate will be charged to the credit card informed in the reservation.
