Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The reservation may be charged on the day of arrival at the hotel, provided that this option is available and is the one chosen in your reservation.
The credit card must be provided to guarantee the reservation, and will only be charged by the hotel in case of cancellation outside the deadline and no-show.
If you choose to pay now, the total amount of the accommodation is paid in advance, at the time of booking, in up to 4 installments on the credit card.
For installment payments, the minimum installment required is R$ 300.00.
Only installment payments are accepted for citizens of the local country; foreign cards are not accepted.
The guest must be the credit card holder and present the card at reception upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation deadline: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation, changes and non-attendance after this period will be charged the amount of the first night.

For reservations canceled before the deadline, compliance with MP 1036 Law 14046 will be considered, which allows rescheduling or letter of credit for use until December 31, 2022.
