The total cost of the accommodation is paid in advance, at the time of booking, in up to 4 installments by credit card.
For installment payments, the minimum installment amount is R$ 300.00.
Installment payments are only accepted for citizens of the host country; foreign credit cards are not accepted.
The guest must be the credit card holder and present the card at reception upon arrival at the hotel.
Cancellation Policies
In case of cancellation, date change or no-show, the full amount paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded and will not be kept as a credit.
