Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The total cost of accommodation is paid in advance, at the time of booking, in up to 6 installments via credit card.

For payment in installments, the minimum mandatory installment is R$99.00.

Installments are only accepted from citizens of the local country, cards from foreigners are not accepted.

The guest must be the holder of the credit card and present it at reception upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

In case of cancellation, date change or no-show, the full amount paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded and will not be kept as a credit.
