Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The total amount of the accommodation must be paid in advance, at the time of booking, in up to 3 installments on a credit card.

For payment in installments, the minimum mandatory installment is R$99.00.

Only citizens of the local country can pay in installments; foreign cards are not accepted.

The guest must be the holder of the credit card and present it at reception upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

In case of cancellation, date change or no-show, the full amount paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded and will not be kept as a credit.
