Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The total cost of accommodation is paid in advance, at the time of booking, in up to 4 installments via credit card.

For payment in installments, the minimum mandatory installment is USD 50.

The guest must be the holder of the credit card and present it at reception upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

Full prepayment of the reservation is required. In case of cancellation, modification or non-attendance, the amount due will not be refunded or reversed.
