Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The total cost of the accommodation is paid in advance, at the time of booking, in up to 6 installments by credit card.

For installment payments, the minimum installment amount is R$ 600.00.

Only installment payments are accepted for citizens of the host country; foreign credit cards are not accepted.

The guest must be the cardholder and present the card at reception upon arrival at the hotel.

Full prepayment of the accommodation is required at the time of booking confirmation.

In case of cancellation, modification or non-attendance, the amount due will not be refunded or reversed.

Cancellation deadline: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation, changes and non-attendance after this period will be charged the full price of accommodation.

For reservations canceled before the deadline, compliance with MP 1,101 Law 14,046 will be considered, which allows rescheduling or letter of credit for use until December 31, 2023.

On other dates:

Cancellation without charge when done within 72 hours prior to entry to the Resort.

The reservation will be charged upon arrival at the hotel. You must inform the credit card details to guarantee the reservation. In case of no-show, the reservation will be canceled by the hotel.

Any changes to your reservation must be made within 72 hours prior to entry into the hotel. In case of no-show, the first night's rate will be charged to the credit card stated in the reservation and the rest will be refunded.
