Deposit / Guarantee Policies 
The total cost of the accommodation is paid in advance, at the time of booking, in up to 4 installments by credit card.
For installment payments, the minimum installment amount is R$ 300.00.
Only installment payments are accepted for citizens of the host country; foreign credit cards are not accepted.
The guest must be the cardholder and present the card at reception upon arrival at the hotel.
The reservation may be charged on the day of arrival at the hotel, provided that this option is available and is the one chosen in your reservation.
The credit card must be provided to guarantee the reservation, and will only be charged by the hotel in case of cancellation outside the deadline and no-show.

Cancellation Policies

Full prepayment of the reservation is required. In case of cancellation, modification or non-attendance, the amount due will not be refunded or reversed.
On other dates:
Cancellation without charge when done within 24 hours before entering the hotel.
Any changes to your reservation must be made within 24 hours prior to your arrival at the hotel.
The reservation will be charged upon arrival at the hotel. You must inform the credit card details to guarantee the reservation. In case of no-show, the reservation will be canceled by the hotel.
In case of no-show, the first night's rate will be charged to the credit card informed in the reservation.
