Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The total amount of the accommodation must be paid in advance, at the time of booking, in up to 4 installments on the credit card.

For payment in installments, the minimum mandatory installment is USD 50.

The guest must be the holder of the credit card and present it at reception upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

In case of cancellation, change of date or no-show, the full amount paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded and will not be kept as credit.
The reservation must be made in the name of the guest and is therefore non-transferable.
