Deposit / Guarantee Policies

The reservation will be charged on the day of arrival at the hotel.
The credit card must be provided to guarantee the reservation, and will only be charged by the hotel in case of late cancellation and no-show.

Cancellation Policies

Policy applicable on dates: 10/31/2024 - 10/31/2024
11/1/2024 - 11/2/2024
11/7/2025 - 11/8/2025
11/6/2026 - 11/8/2026

In case of cancellation, date change or no-show, the full amount paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded and will not be kept as a credit.

Policy applicable on dates: 12/27/2024 - 1/2/2025

Cancellation deadline: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation, changes and non-attendance after this period will be charged the full price of accommodation.

For reservations canceled before the deadline, compliance with MP 1,101 Law 14,046 will be considered, which allows rescheduling or letter of credit for use until December 31, 2023.

On other dates:

Cancellation deadline: Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of arrival at the hotel.

Cancellation, changes and non-attendance after this period will be charged the amount of the first night.
